Account Registration Checklist

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• The registration form asks you to confirm your age.
• Each person may open only one account.
• A second account under the same identity is not allowed.
• You can register with a phone number or an email.
• The phone tab defaults to the +90 country code.
• Your password must be at least 6 characters.
• You must tick the agreement checkbox.
• Registration does not complete without that checkbox.
• You can log in with phone, email, or account ID.

Regional Restrictions Checklist

The operator does not serve the countries below. Turkey is not on this list.

• Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao are excluded.
• France, the Netherlands, and Cyprus are excluded.
• Saba, Statia, and Sint Maarten are excluded.
• Singapore, the United States, and Australia are excluded.
• The United Kingdom, Israel, and Iran are excluded.
• Italy, North Korea, and Iraq are excluded.
• Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Estonia are excluded.
• The Kahnawake territory in Canada is excluded too.

Identity Verification Checklist

• We reserve the right to verify your age and residence.
• We can also check your actual current location.
• A verification request may arrive at any stage.
• Document checks run through the KYCAID provider.
• KYCAID is an independent, contracted verification firm.
• You can upload an ID card, passport, or driver's license.
• The process can also continue from your phone.
• Your IP address is logged automatically.
• Your browser data is logged the same way.

Payment and Transfer Checklist

• Withdrawals go out through the method you deposited with.
• Switching to a different withdrawal method is not possible.
• Transfers between user accounts are not allowed.
• Transfers received from third parties are not accepted.
• Six Havale/IBAN bank-transfer methods are available for deposits.
• Eight cryptocurrency options are also available.
• There is no card payment option.
• Never send less than the amount requested on screen.
• A short transfer may cause your deposit to be lost.
